Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Block Breaker: Idle Miner ("the App", "we", "our") collects, uses and stores information when you use it. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. Our Terms of Service apply as well.

Information We Collect

Sent automatically

When you use the App, it sends the following to our server:

• Install ID – a random ID created the first time the App is opened on your device. It is not linked to your name, email address or any account, and it is replaced by a new one if you delete your account in the App.
• App and device details – the App's version and your device's operating system (Android or iOS).
• Usage – when the App is opened, and which of its features you use (for example, clearing a stage or beating a boss).
• Purchases – what you bought, its price and currency, when, and the store's order reference. We never see or store your payment details: payments are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on where you installed the App.

The App also asks for the current time – from our server, or from Google's public time service when ours can't be reached – so that daily rewards and offline progress can't be unlocked by changing your phone's clock. Nothing is sent with that request.

Information you provide

Feedback – if you send a bug report or suggestion from the App, we receive your message, its type (bug or suggestion) and your install ID. Please don't put personal details in it.

Your saved game

Your progress is saved on your device. If you are signed in to Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS), the App also backs it up to your own Google or Apple account, using their saved-games service. That copy is held by Google or Apple, not by us.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos or any other information that identifies you, beyond the install ID described above.

Like every server, ours sees the IP address of each connection. We use it only briefly, in memory, to limit abuse, and do not store it with the information above.

How We Use Information

• Running the App – making it work on your device and delivering what you bought.
• Improving the App – understanding how the App is used, in totals, so we can fix problems and decide what to improve.
• Advertising – showing ads, including ads you choose to watch for an in-game reward, and measuring what they earn.
• Feedback – reading your reports and fixing what they describe.
• Protection – preventing abuse of our server and fraud.

We use this information to provide the App you asked for, and for our legitimate interest in keeping it working, secure and improving. Where the law requires your consent – for example for personalised ads or for notifications – you are asked first.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

These services may collect more, such as your device's advertising ID, under their own policies. You can limit personalised ads in your device's settings: on Android under Settings → Google → Ads, and on iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where the law requires a consent prompt, you can change your answer at any time from Ad privacy options in the App's settings.

How Long We Keep It

• On your device – until you uninstall the App or delete your account in it.
• Usage – 90 days. After that only daily totals remain, and those contain no install ID.
• Your install record (install ID, app version, operating system, and when it was first and last seen) and your feedback – until you delete your account in the App.
• Purchases – kept for our accounts. When you delete your account they are separated from your install ID, so they can no longer be linked to you.
• Backups – copies of our server's database are kept for up to 30 days, so information you delete is gone from the backups within 30 days.

Security

Our server and its database are hosted by Fly.io. We take reasonable technical measures to protect them, and what they hold is tied to a random install ID rather than to who you are.

Children

The App is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe someone under 13 has used the App, Delete account in the App's settings removes everything at once, or contact us at ploegenroosterapp@gmail.com.

Your Rights and Deleting Your Data

You have the right to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, and to complain to a data protection authority – in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Delete everything yourself, at any time: open the App's settings and choose Delete account. After you confirm twice, it removes:

• every record our server holds about your install;
• the backup of your saved game in Google Play Games or Game Center;
• the saved game on your device – the App then starts over, with a new install ID.

Records of completed purchases are kept for our accounts, separated from your install ID.

Because we hold no name or email address, we can only find your information through its install ID, which only your copy of the App knows – which is why deleting from inside the App is the reliable way. For anything else, email ploegenroosterapp@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request".

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and when a change matters, the App asks you to look at it again.
